Before Wayfarers is shared publicly or sold, some names and text borrowed from other games should be replaced. This list covers what turned up while building the wiki. It isn’t legal advice. If the game will be sold, it’s worth checking with someone who knows tabletop publishing.
Is Wayfarers for a home table or for publishing?
For private play, borrowed names don’t matter. For a public or paid release, everything below should be replaced or checked.

Generic names that are fine
Folklore and mythology names like Kobold, Changeling, Dryad, Satyr, Minotaur, Centaur and Sprite aren’t owned by anyone.
