General feats are available at every tier. Each can be taken more than once, getting stronger at higher tiers.

FeatTier 1Tier 2Tier 3Tier 4
Health IncreaseIncrease your health by your Resolve score×2×2×2
Skill IncreaseGain skill points equal to your Intelligence score×2×2×2
Proficiency IncreaseRaise up to two skills, learnings or weapons to Proficient×2, up to Expert×2×2
Attribute Increase+1 to one attribute+1 to one attribute+1 to one attribute, or +1 to any+1 to one attribute, or +1 to any

“×2” means the source lists that option twice at that tier.

The Prodigy identity adds 2 skill points each time you take Skill Increase.

Revised structure (Additional Info notes)

The Additional Info notes restructure general feats so each pick is a separate, repeatable option with a tier requirement:

FeatTier 1Tier 2Tier 3Tier 4
Health Increase (your Resolve score)3 picks2 picks2 picks2 picks
Skill Increase (skill points = Intelligence)3 picks2 picks2 picks2 picks
Proficiency Increase (two skills, learnings or weapons)3 picks, up to Proficient2 picks, +1 level up to Expert2 picks, +1 level up to Master2 picks, +1 level up to Master
Attribute Increase+1 to each attribute, once each+1 to each attribute, once each+1 to each attribute once each, plus +1 to any+1 to each attribute once each, plus +1 to any

From Tier 2, a Proficiency Increase can raise the same skill twice.

The same notes list Knight of the Crown as a Tier 2 feat.

Which general feat structure?

The table at the top of this page is the Master Document V01 version (1 pick at Tier 1, “×2” at higher tiers). The revised structure above has more picks at every tier. Pick one.

Proficiency ladder

Tier 1 raises to Proficient and Tier 2 to Expert. Tiers 3 and 4 don’t name a level in the Master Document V01; the Additional Info notes use Master for both. See Weapons and Techniques for the proficiency / expertise / mastery split.
