• Size: Small or Medium
  • Speed: 30 feet
  • Attribute bonus: Might, Dexterity or Wisdom

Bestial Instincts. You gain proficiency in one of the following of your choice: Acrobatics, Athletics, Intimidation, Survival.

Lineage ability (choose one)

  • Climber. Gain a climb speed.
  • Glider. You can glide if falling at least 10 feet.
  • Racer. Your speed increases per tier level.
  • Swimmer. Gain a swim speed, resistance to cold damage, and the ability to breathe underwater for an hour.
  • Nocturnal. Stealth and darkvision up to 60 feet.

Shifting [1AP]

You can assume a bestial transformation that lasts for 1 minute, until you die, or until you revert to your normal appearance with an AP. When you shift, you gain temporary HP equal to 3× your tier level.

Shifting options

  • Beasthide. You instead gain temporary HP equal to 5× your tier level while shifted, and you have a +1 bonus to your DV.
  • Swiftstride. While shifted, your walking speed increases by 10 feet. You can also move up to 10 feet as a reaction when a creature ends its turn within 5 feet of you. This reaction doesn’t provoke attacks of opportunity.
  • Longtooth. When you shift, and for an AP on later turns while shifted, you can use your elongated fangs to make an unarmed attack. On a hit, you deal sharp damage equal to 1d6 + your Might.
  • Wildhunt. While shifted, you have advantage on Wisdom checks, and no creature within 30 feet of you can make an attack roll with advantage against you unless you’re incapacitated.

Is Nocturnal still an option?

The Additional Info notes list only Climber, Glider, Racer and Swimmer. Nocturnal isn’t included.

Is the shifting option a separate choice?

It’s unclear whether Beasthide, Swiftstride, Longtooth and Wildhunt are chosen in addition to the lineage ability or instead of it.
